Air Discount / Air Subscription Cards
A new Faces Agency feature is now available offering new Faces standard fields for the Air Subscription/Discount Card within the Preferences section. The new fields allow for the capture of Air Subscription information for

SAS Travel Pass
Air Discount (or Air Subscription) cards are loyalty programs offered currently by Air France and Scandinavian Airlines, allowing frequent travelers to pay a fixed monthly fee for benefits such as discounts on flights, exclusive offers, and additional perks like priority boarding or extra baggage.
A standard mapping is available for Amadeus, Concur, Cytric, KDS and Sabre, for detail mapping to the different GDS/OBE please refer to Mapping - Travellers.
The feature can be activated by Circle or Umbrella Administrators
If your agency setup already has custom fields configured to store Air Discounts/Subscription, and you are interested to migrate to our standard feature, please contact faces-support@umbrella.ch.
Hotel List incl. Hotel codes
The display of the hotel chain list has been enhanced with the addition of hotel codes. This is intended to facilitate the easy identification of the desired hotel program.
