Parent company

Administrative assignment of a company, which is the main company. This is not used on all companies.

Customer No.

Account number assigned to company. Usually written to GDS as AN/CA/DK

AIAN of the company (also synchronized as PIN). In case the customer number is the same as the parent company, no PIN is published

Company name

Enter the full name of the company

Short name

This will be the assigned name in the GDS. Must be unique in the GDS (PCN)!

Street

Enter the street address of the company

Street 2

Add additional street address information if needed

ZIP

Enter the ZIP code of the company

City

Enter the city where the company is located

Country

Choose the country

State

If a country in North America is chosen and the agency is set up to accept, this field will display. Enter State for address in this box

Phone

Enter the main phone number

Fax

Enter the main fax number

E-Mail, E-Mail 2, E-Mail 3

Enter the main E-Mail addresses of the company

UUID

The unique number found at the end of the URL is automatically generated when a profile is created in Faces. It is relevant for CSV Uploads (column: company.uuid)
