WSAdmin does not belong to an agency that is associated with the provided TravelConfigID. | This is a problem with access rights in Concur
| This can be resolved by validating that there are wsadmin permissions assigned to the admin login in Concur. Refresh token should be added to the company after admin rights are assigned. You need to create a separate user WSadmin@company.com and allocate the permission “Web Service Administrator” You then need to make sure that you have one Admin user per Property Config that are associated with your Travel Rule Class used on your site. Once this is done it can take up to 2 hours before the error message will go away. If this does not resolve with the above, a case with Concur will need to be opened by the agency.
