Connection Type

One-way sync between Umbrella Faces and Travelport+ for Company (BAR) and Traveller (PAR) profiles only

Obtaining credentials

Access must be setup by your local Travelport Office. Please request online access for your PCC with a new Host Access Profile (HAP), which needs to reference our CCCPT 178839.

Parallel to your request, Umbrella will raise a Travelport support case to receive the credentials. Therefore please provide us with a list of your PCC’s.

Once generated Travelport will share credentials with Umbrella Faces

Credential settings

Important: If importing profiles from Travelport+ please request that the AAT settings be updated to have PMSK masking disabled so that we can import date of birth and passport numbers correctly. Note that requesting this may also expose that data to agents in the GDS.

Company settings

In the Interface Setup section of the Umbrella Faces company profile, check the box for Travelport+.

If publishing to a different PCC, enter the alternate PCC and Host Access Profile (HAP)

Importing profiles into Umbrella Faces

It is possible to import either using the Umbrella Faces Read from Profile (GDS) option within the Profile Centre or via CSV import.
